The Cosmo Team’s dream was to make a difference in the community with the money raised with the Fun Run and Walk. Groot FM and Cosmo gave the money raised through the Cosmo Run 2015 to the Derdepoort Development centre.
A new freezer was bought, maintenance work was done, walls, floors and the Wendy house were painted. The team then rounded off all their hard work on 6 May 2016 (Ascension Day). Entertaining and spoiling the 40 children aged between 3 and 6 whilst the caretakers and teachers got a ‘well deserved treat’.
